Other plant-based milks like almond, oat or coconut milk will also work. If you want a stronger pumpkin flavour add more pumpkin puree. If you prefer less intense flavour, use less spices.

Ingredients
- 2 cups plant based milk
- 4 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2-3 tbsp dark sugar (it depends on you)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 cup (for 2) hot coffee
- 2 tbsp whipped cream
Directions
- Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar to a pot. The recipe is for 2-3 tsp of sugar but it really depends on you how sweet you want it to be. Heat up over medium heat until hot but do not boil.
- Remove from the heat and add in the vanilla extract. Whisk in the spices and the coffee. Mix gently.
- Pour into two latte glasses. Top with whipped cream and add a sprinkle of the spices.
