Rice Flour
Organic brown rice flour (Serious Grains): milled from wholegrain rice, with a slightly nutty note and more fibre.
100% rice flour (Serious Grains): fine white rice flour for light bakes, batters and blends.
Ground rice: a slightly coarser grind, traditional for rice pudding and shortbread-style biscuits.
