Ingredients
-
chestnuts puree 200g
- mushrooms 250g
- water 2.5l
-
dried rosemary 1 tsp
-
black pepper for taste
-
salt for taste
- 1 onion
- garlic 2 cloves

organic extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp
Directions
- In a large pot, add olive oil, chopped onion and garlic. Simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Add chopped mushrooms. Simmer for 10 min.
- Add chestnuts puree, water, salt, pepper and rosemary. Cook for 20 min.
- Blend the soup into smooth and creamy. Serve sprinkled with rosemary and 2 slices of mushroom.
