Ingredients
- 2 cups sunflower seeds (sokaed)
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 4-6 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 small beetroot
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
Directions
- Chop the beetroot.
- In a medium size bowl add sunflower seeds, water, olive oil and blend using a kitchen blender into a creamy and smooth spread.
- Add the beetroot, vinegar, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika and nutritional yeast. And blend all the ingredients.
- Serve on toasts, topped with arugula and pomegranate.
