Ingredients
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 300 ml plant-based milk
- 2 tbs warm water
- 4-6 ice cubes
Directions
- In a small bowl, add the matcha powder. Pour in 2 tablespoons of warm water and whisk until the matcha smooth (matcha powder has to incorporate into the water).
- Pour in 100 ml of milk and mix.
- Fill one glass with ice and add your plant-based milk of choice until the glass is about 3/4 full. Pour your matcha paste and stir. You can add any syrup (for example agave or maple syrup) you like if want your drink to be sweet and top it with some whipped cream or extra frothed milk.
- Best milks for this drink: almond milk, oat milk, hemp milk, soy milk
