What does "raw" mean here? Raw foods are kept below a low temperature during processing rather than roasted or cooked at high heat, which helps preserve their natural enzymes, flavour and nutrients. RAWGORILLA products are made with this in mind.
Is the whole range vegan and dairy-free? Yes. Everything in the RAWGORILLA collection is plant-based, vegan and dairy-free. Check the individual product page for the full ingredients and any allergen information.
Why has the oil separated in the nut butter? That's natural and a good sign there are no added stabilisers. Just stir the oil back through before using, and storing the jar upside down between uses helps.
Can I cook with the cold-pressed oils? They're best used cold, drizzled over food or blended into dressings and smoothies, since their delicate fats break down with high heat. For frying, choose a heat-stable oil like coconut.
