Ingredients
- peanut butter 2 tbsp
- whole grain flour 200g
- dairy free butter 2 tbsp
- pinch of salt
- flaxseed egg (mix 2tbsp ground flaxseed with 4 tbsp hot water)
- brown sugar 4 tbsp
- baking powder ½ tsp
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Sift flour and baking powder together into a large bowl and mix to combine.
- Add flaxseed egg, peanut butter, butter, salt, sugar and combine them to make a dough.
- Divide the dough into small pieces (2 cm) and shape into balls.
- Flatten the balls into thin round shaped biscuits. Place them on the baking tray with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 min until golden and crunchy.
