Toast With Hummus And Asparagus

Middle EasternMade with hummus and fresh asparagus this delicious toast can be a great snack during the day! It can also become your favourite healthy breakfast or a quick lunch. Eat it whenever you want and enjoy the goodness of whole foods! Don't forget to make the hummus before!

Ingredients
- 1 slice of sourdough bread
- 1 bunch of fresh green asparagus
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbs of olive oil
- freshly grounded black pepper
- 100 g of home made hummus
Directions
- Heat up a small pan. In the meantime, wash the asparagus and cut the dry ends (2-3 cm)
- Add olive oil and asparagus on the pan.
- Fry on medium heat for a few minutes. Then turn the asparagus on the other side and fry a few more minutes until soft.
- In the meantime, place the slice of sourdough bread into the toaster.
- Spread some home made hummus on the bread.
- Place the asparagus on top of it. Add pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy!
