How do I know my credit/debit card transaction is secure?

At Whole Food Earth® we take security very seriously. We have partnered with the best names in Internet security to provide a secure and safe shopping experience. Can I pay by cheque or postal order?

No I’m sorry we don’t accept these.

Do prices shown on the site contain VAT?

If a product is VATable it will be included in the price shown on our site.

What is the minimum order for free delivery?

The minimum order for free delivery within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands. Scottish highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) is £35.

What is your delivery charge?

Orders under £35 are charged at a flat rate which is calculated during the checkout process for all the orders up to 30kgs. Further, you can visit our delivery information page to find out in details.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to changes in international shipping policy we are currently unable to ship internationally. However we are looking into the matter and hopefully we will be able to in the near future.

How long will it take for delivery?

We provide tracked delivery Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will be dispatched on following Monday. Orders placed Monday to Friday till 12pm will be despatched same day for tracked delivery. Our standard delivery times are between 2 to 4 days. However, we offer Next day service during checkout. Next day service is usually between orders placed Monay to Thursday. All next day order must be placed before 12pm

How do I track my order?

On the website homepage, click on ‘My Account’ at the top left of the page. Login using your username and password. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, track your orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and change your password. We dispatch every order with tracked delivery service and once your order is processed, we send the email to your given email address with the courier and tracking number details.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. A copy of the delivery note will be emailed to you on completion of your order and at the point of posting. We also include a hard copy of the delivery note and invoice in with your goods.

How do I make changes to my order once it has been placed?'

What happens if a product I have ordered is not in stock?

First, we will try to make the product available and send it with the order, if there is some delay we will inform you immediately that a product is not available to send with your order. We will refund in full, you will be contacted to inform you that this has happened.

What is your policy regarding refunds?

We do offer refunds if you are unhappy with the products we have sent to you. Full details on how to do this can be found on our Returns & Refunds.

Can I order online and collect in store?

Yes you can order online and come and collect from click & collect centre located in 59-63 Hopes Lane, Ramsgate, CT12 6UW. Please press the bell at the click & collect door and a staff member will greet you and handover your parcel.

If you purchase the same products regularly, you can easily re-order them by copying your previous order.

These are our best-value ranges, built around the lowest prices we can offer. Are Whole Food Earth products organic?

Many lines are certified organic; look for "Organic" in the product title and on the label. Where a product is raw, vegan or free from added sugar, we say so clearly on the page.

Can I buy wholefoods in bulk?

Yes. Most products come in a range of pack sizes, from small 100g and 250g bags up to 1kg, 2kg, 3kg and bulk sacks as large as 25kg. Buying larger sizes lowers the price per kilo, making us a popular choice for families, batch-cookers, caterers and small food businesses.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. For standard (non-Club) orders, anything over £35 shipped within the UK qualifies for free standard delivery, and orders over £70 to Mainland UK get free next-day delivery (excluding Northern Ireland and some remote postcodes). Club members get our lowest prices with no hidden fees: Club delivery starts from £4.95, and is free on Club orders over £50 shipped within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland and remote postcodes). Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes — alongside our UK store, we run a dedicated European Whole Food Store for customers in Europe, with orders shipped from our warehouse in Slovenia. Are your products suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets?

The large majority of our range is naturally vegan and vegetarian, and many products are also dairy-free, raw and free from added sugar. Each product page lists the relevant dietary tags and full ingredient and allergen information, so you can shop with confidence.

How should I store my wholefoods, and how long do they last?

Our products are packed for a long shelf life. For best results, store them in a cool, dry place in a sealed container once opened, and always check the best-before or use-by date printed on the packaging. Larger bulk packs are great value — just decant what you need and keep the rest sealed.
