Free Delivery

Any order that is worth over £35 and is being shipped to the UK (except Northern Ireland and remote postcodes) qualifies For Free Shipping on our Standard Delivery Service! 

For remote postcodes - it can take more days to deliver the order. 

For Northern Ireland - prices are calculated on checkout.  

 

Next Day Delivery for Mainland UK

Any order that is worth over £70 and is being shipped to Mainland UK qualifies for Free Next day Shipping (please note it's only for Mainland UK) on our premium next day tracked and signed Service!

Please note if your order has bulk products (larger than 3kg) may take up to 4 to 6 days (longer for remote post codes). 

Orders outside Mainland UK are not eligible for next day delivery - as we can not deliver the goods on time.

Next day delivery service for remote postcodes is not available - it may take 2-3 days to deliver the goods.  

 

Standard Shipping Services

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be picked, packed and collected from our Fulfilment Centre. All domestic orders are sent using Amazon Shipping, Royal Mail, or DPD Local services and ALL consignments are Tracked. Your order should Always be delivered within 3 working days from the date it was dispatched.  The Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) Is Not A Guaranteed Service however shipping costs will be refunded only if the delay is exceptional or unreasonable.  – UK Mainland Only. This Is Excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Next Day Priority Shipping Services

We offer Next Day Priority Shipping for orders placed Monday - Thursday, anything ordered Next Day delivery on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.  Please note that all orders placed must be placed before 12:00pm (midday) to ensure they are dispatched the same day, Any orders placed after 12:00pm (midday) will be dispatched the following working day. Next Day Priority Shipping Services are always entitled to a refund if they are delivered late. – For a full list of Next Day Priority Shipping Services, please see “Full Delivery Zone Details” at bottom of page. – UK Mainland Only. This Is Excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Late Deliveries

Whole Food Earth Ltd cannot be held responsible for a late delivery when the courier is at fault. We require a signed guarantee contract for delivery. This law binding contract must be made at the latest of 3 days in advance.

 Environmentally Responsible Packaging 

When we use Boxes, we ONLY use 100% Recyclable Cardboard Boxes made in the UK bespoke for Whole Food Earth. The boxes have been custom designed to ensure very little to no cello tape is used during the dispatch process. Instead opting for a tape free clip on technique for sealing our packages. Sometimes a bit more protection is needed, and for such occasion we use a Recyclable Paper Packing Wrap to ensure your order isn't damaged in Transit; and as sad as it makes us we cannot ensure that Zero Cello tape is used either…after all we still need to ensure your order gets to you in good condition, especially if your box is on the heavier side, however we are constantly striving to remove redundant and harmful practices from our operations, and plastic is Number 1 on our list!

Carbon Neutral Delivery 

Our deliveries with DPD are CARBON NEUTRAL.  Whole Food Earth take our responsibility towards the environment very seriously; for this reason we have made it our aim to reduce the carbon footprint of our Company. We provide CO2-Neutral Shipping Via DPD LOCAL – At NO EXTRA CHARGE to you.
