Matcha
Matcha is finely ground green tea leaf – you drink the whole leaf, so it delivers a more concentrated dose of antioxidants than steeped green tea. Ours is carefully shaded and stone-ground to keep its bright colour and smooth, slightly sweet umami flavour, with no fillers or sweeteners.

Matcha | Ceremonial & Culinary Green Tea Powder
Why matcha?
Matcha combines natural caffeine with the amino acid L-theanine, which slows the energy release – calm, focused alertness rather than the spike and crash of coffee. It is also rich in catechins (particularly EGCG), which support a healthy immune system.
Choose your grade
Ceremonial grade: ground from the youngest leaves – vibrant emerald colour and a smooth, naturally sweet flavour, made to be whisked simply with hot water.
Culinary & premium grades: a bolder profile that holds its own against other ingredients – the right choice for lattes, smoothies and baking.
How to use it
Whisk half a teaspoon with hot (not boiling) water for traditional tea, blend with frothed plant milk for a latte, stir into porridge or smoothies, or fold culinary matcha into muffins and energy balls for colour and a subtle tea note.
