Beans spread with garlic and thyme

Ingredients
- red beans 1 can
- extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp
- garlic clove 1 or 2
- organic dried thyme 2 tsp
- ground coriander 1 tsp
- capers 2 tbsp
- vinegar - optional
- ground cumin 1 tsp
Directions
- Drain the beans to remove the excess water.
- In a medium-sized bowl, add beans, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, capers and thyme. Blend for a couple of minutes until smooth.
- Serve on toast, fresh bread or with breadsticks. You an garnish the spread with some healthy seeds, like sesame seeds, sunflower seeds or chia seeds.
