Ingredients
- 300 g wholemeal flour
- 100 g brown sugar
- 6 tbsp dark cocoa
- 1 tsp sodium bicarbonate
- 2 tbsp raspberry jam
- 250 ml plant-based milk
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 50 g walnuts
Directions
- Heat up the oven 180C. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
- Add milk and oil and mix all the ingredients into a smooth batter.
- Prepare a round baking tray 24 cm. Coat it in oil.
- Pour your batter into the tray. Bake for 30-35 min (180C).
- Decorate with walnuts or other nuts of your choice and top with chocolate sugar dusting.
