Pudding Rice
Options: pudding/sushi rice in standard packs and 1.5kg Stock & Prep value bags.
For pudding: bake slowly with milk, sugar and nutmeg – low heat and patience are the whole recipe.
For sushi: rinse well, cook, then season with rice vinegar, sugar and salt while warm.
