This traditional fine off white creamy flour is unbleached & without ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). Strong white bread flour is milled entirely from premium hard wheat varieties.

It is the strongest of all flours and contains more protein, ranging from 12 to 14 percent. This helps produce more rise and structural support in the dough, allowing the final product to lift and hold shape. It also creates a chewier texture and more browning in the crust.

This flour contains vitamin B3 that helps the body metabolize and make use of energy. It’s also a great source of folic acid, which aids in supporting healthy brain function.
