Beans spread with garlic and thyme
By: Agi KajaEasy and healthy protein-packed spread for toasties and sandwiches. This spread is made from whole beans, garlic, and fragrant thyme. By using the entire bean, you’re getting an intact fibre matrix that provides slow-release energy, unlike the industrial dips found in the supermarkets. It’s an unrefined, nutrient-dense powerhouse, no fillers, no shortcuts—just proper, earth-grown flavour for your toast or crackers.
