Ingredients

1 shot espresso, chilled
- ½ frozen banana

1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

1 tsp black maca powder
- 240ml unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp cocoa powder (optional, for mocha flavour)
- 3–5 ice cubes

1 tsp almond or peanut butter
Directions
- Brew your coffee and let it cool.
- Blend all ingredients until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
