Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup plant milk
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 Tsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- Fresh Fruits; bananas, strawberries, blueberries, etc.
- Seeds; Pumpkin, sunflower
- Shredded Coconut
- Greek yoghurt
Directions
- Combine milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl and stir with a whisk.
- Pour into a small pot or jar and let sit in the fridge for at least two hours (preferably overnight).
- The next morning add your favourite toppings (try fruit, seeds, nuts - whatever takes your fancy!) before you eat, and enjoy!
