Lush Blueberry Chia Jam

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Agave nectar
- A squeeze of lemon juice
Directions
- Add the blueberries to a small pot over medium-high heat.
- As the fruit starts to break up and release its juices use a masher or a wooden spoon to mash the berries into a puree-like consistency
- Once the fruit is mostly broken down, remove from the heat, and stir in the maple syrup and chia seeds.
- Allow to cool down completely.
- Transfer into a small jar and place in the fridge The longer the jam is allowed to rest, the thicker it will get.
