Directions
- Cook your favourite pasta ‘al dente’ according to the info on the packaging. Add some salt to boiling water. We go for penne.
- When your pasta is cooked, drain it but leave a bit of water on the bottom of the pot.
- Add your pesto (as much as you want) and 2 tbs of olive oil.
- Mix pasta with pesto. Add nutritional yeast. Mix everything!
- Serve topped with some extra nooch - it will give your pasta a cheesy flavour. You can also top it with grated vegan parmesan.
