Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh Brussels sprouts
- 5 tsp organic garlic powder
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp organic ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
- 3 tbsp seeds for extra topping (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven 200 C.
- Prepare the veggies: Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts. Cut them in halves.
- In a large bowl, mix the Brussel sprouts drizzled with olive oil. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix all the ingredients so the veggies are evenly coated.
- Place the Brussel sprouts in a single layer on the tray with baking paper. Drizzle with a bit of extra olive oil and bake for 20-30 minutes until the Brussel sprouts are lightly golden and crispy.
- In a large bowl mix the Brussel sprouts with nutritional yeast which will add some cheesy flavour to your dish. Top with herbs and seeds of your choice.
