Ingredients
- 1 kg carrots
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- organic black pepper for taste
- 1 tsp organic ground cumin
- 1 tsp organic ground coriander
- 1 tbsp organic rosemary
Directions
- Heat up the oven up to 200C.
- Wash the carrots well (keep the peel). Cut if they’re large. Baby Carrots or smaller carrots can be roasted whole.
- Season the carrots. Toss carrots with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and spices.
- Place the carrots on a baking tray with baking paper. Roast for 30 minutes until browned and tender.
