Ingredients

2 cans of chickpea (drained)

1 can of tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic

chilli flakes 1 tsp
-
extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp plus more for drizzling
- sea salt 1 tsp

dried organic oregano
- 1 onion
Directions
- On a hot pan, add some oil and chilli flakes. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chopped onion. Saute for a few minutes. Add chopped garlic. Mix.
- Add tomatoes. Saute for 10 minutes.
- Add chickpeas (drained), salt and cook on a small heat always mixing.
- Add some paprika and more chilli flakes (if you like it spicy.)
- Add some dried oregano. Drizzle with olive oil.
