Vegan Mac and "Cheese" (Nutritional Yeast)

Ingredients
- 25g Nutritional Yeast
- ½Medium Onion
- 1 teaspoongarlic powder
- ½ teaspoonpaprika
- 235mlunsweetened nut milk
- 2 cupsMacaroni Pasta
- 1 tablespoonflour
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tablespoonMargarine
Directions
- Boil water over a stove in a pot, and place the Macaroni Pasta into the boiling water for the recommended cooking time (typically 9 mins).
- Place a large pot over medium heat, containing the 2 tablespoons.
- Wait 3 minutes, while dicing the onion.
- Once the margarine has melted, add the dice the onion to the margarine.
- Add a pinch of salt, and pepper. Then add the teaspoon of garlic powder, and the ½ teaspoon paprika. Stir until combined.
- Add the cup of milk to the large pot over the course of 1 minute whisking continuously.
- Whisking continuously while cooking for 4 minutes. The liquid will thicken.
- Add the 25g of Nutritional Yeast and stir until combined.
- Drain the now cookedMacaroni Pasta and it to the sauce in the large pot.
- Stir for 30 seconds to 1 minute over heat to combine well.
