Easy and quick buckwheat pancakes. A perfect breakfast option for the whole family!
In a large bowl, put flour, eggs or egg replacer, milk, baking soda, pinch of salt and mix all the ingredients until the batter becomes smooth.
- Add oil and mix everything together.
Fry on a hot pan. Flip the pancakes and fry on the both sides.
Serve with yoghurt, fruits, nuts, seeds, almond butter or peanut butter.
