In a small bowl place 1 tbsp ground linseed
Add 3 tbsp of water to ground linseed
Leave to sit for 15 mins
After the 15 minutes have elapsed the mixture should become thick and gelatinous
Add mixture into recipe as needed
**Whole linseeds have longer shelf lives compared to their ground counterparts. Make sure to grind up linseeds in a coffee grounder or food processor before using for this recipe.
