Are these olives pitted? Some are and some aren't. The Halkidiki and several others are pitted, while traditional Kalamata olives are often sold with the stone in. The product page says which for each.

Are olives good for you? They're a natural source of healthy monounsaturated fats and antioxidants, which is part of why they're a staple of the Mediterranean diet. They are salty, though, so a handful is a sensible portion.

Are they vegan? Yes, olives and the marinades here are plant-based. Check the product page if you want to confirm the ingredients of a stuffed or marinated variety.

How should I store them? Keep them in their brine or oil, refrigerate once opened, and make sure the olives stay covered by the liquid so they keep well.
