Ingredients
- 1 glass carrot juice
- 1 tsp organic turmeric
- 1 tbsp organic ground ginger
- 1 glass orange juice
- 1/2 tbsp Ceylon cinnamon (optional)
Directions
- For this recipe, the best is freshly made carrot juice and orange juice (if you have a juice maker). For 2 glasses of juice you will need 1 kg of carrots and 2-3 oranges.
- If you have the juice ready, just blend all the ingredients together into a smooth well mixed liquid.
- Enjoy in the morning as an energy boost!
