Ingredients

flour 200 g
- plant-based milk 200 ml
- a pinch of salt

baking powder ½ tsp
-
dried prunes 8-10
- banana 2 slices
- blueberries 2
- tangerine 1
- green apple ½
-
almonds 3
- 1 breadstick (for broomstick)
- chocolate writing tube (for feathers etc)
Directions
- Prepare the pancake batter.
- Fry the pancakes a few minutes on each side until golden.
- Assembling: on a plate, place one round of pancakes and half of peeled tangerine below it.
- Use the prunes to make the witch’s hat. Use slices of bananas and berries to make eyes.
- Cut the apple in a way to make wings and the broomstick.
- Use almonds to make nose and feet of the owl.
- With the chocolate tube, paint eyes and teeth on the tangerine to make it look like the Halloween pumpkin. You can also use it to pain some feathers on the pancake.
- Serve it for Halloween breakfast to make your kids a nice surprise!
