Ingredients

porridge oats 200g
-
plant based coconut milk 250ml
- 1 persimmon blended plus 4 thin slices for topping
- pinch of salt
- coconut oil 1tsp

walnut pieces
-
½ true cinnamon
Directions
- In a small pot, melt 1 tsp coconut oil.
- Add oats, fruit puree, pinch of salt and milk.
- Warm it up on a medium heat and cook slowly, until the oats become creamy.
- Serve in a small bowl, topped with walnuts and persimmon slices.
