Goji berries (wolfberries) are small sun-dried red berries from Ningxia, China, eaten there for generations. The taste sits between a raisin and a cranberry — sweet, tangy, chewy — and the numbers are unusual for a fruit: around 14g protein and 13g fibre per 100g, with naturally occurring vitamin C and carotenoids. Ours are simply dried: no added sugar, oil or preservatives.

Goji Berries FAQs
What do goji berries taste like? Somewhere between a raisin and a cranberry: sweet, slightly tangy and chewy. They soften nicely when added to warm porridge or steeped in tea.
How many goji berries should I eat a day? A small handful, around 10–30g, is the usual suggestion. They're a dried fruit so naturally high in sugar, which makes a modest portion sensible.
Do I need to soak them? Not necessarily. They're fine eaten dry, but soaking or adding them to hot dishes and drinks plumps them up and softens the chew.
How should I store them? Keep them in an airtight container somewhere cool and dry, and refrigerate after opening for the longest life.
