Our signature Apple Cider Vinegar
Made by the slow French Orleans method, fermented gently in wooden barrels rather than rushed. It is left raw, unfiltered and unpasteurised, with the mother – the cloudy strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria that mark a proper cider vinegar. Use it in wellness tonics, vinaigrettes and everyday cooking.
