Linwoods Milled Organic Sprouting Flaxseeds are made using an age old practise used by our ancestors to bring seeds to life, by releasing their vital nutrients to grow new plants.  Sprouting activates dormant seeds to utilise their stored energy.
Once the seeds have sprouted (germinated) they slowly dried and cold milled. They are nutritionally dense to support a balanced diet and active lifestyle.
