Our Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts—a dish that proves simple vegetables can offer incredible nutritional density. By using a high-quality balsamic vinegar from your clean-label pantry instead of "tacky" store-bought glazes filled with thickeners and refined sugars, you keep this dish strictly Non-UPF.

It’s an honest, vibrant side dish that turns the humble sprout into a caramelised, restaurant-quality feature. Perfect for those who want maximum flavour without the industrial shortcuts.
