Fancy having pudding for breakfast? Then look no further! This simple Chia pudding recipe takes just 10 minutes to make and is a delicious start to the day.

  1. Combine milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl and stir with a whisk.
  2. Pour into a small pot or jar and let sit in the fridge for at least two hours (preferably overnight).
  3. The next morning add your favourite toppings (try fruit, seeds, nuts - whatever takes your fancy!) before you eat, and enjoy!
