Easy loaf with raisins

Ingredients
- 200 g self-raising flour
- 125 g plant-based butter
- 110 g soft light sugar
- 200 ml plant-based milk
- 250 ml water
- 120 g raisins
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp nutmeg (optional)
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare the loaf tin - grease it with butter.
- In a large bowl mix plant-based butter wit sugar until creamy.
- In a saucepan, mix the flour, milk and water together and bring to the boil.
- Remove from heat and add the butter and caster sugar mixture. Combine all the ingredients and let it cool down for 30 min.
- Add the baking powder, raisins and nutmeg. Gently mix the dough.
- Pour it into the tin. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Cool it down before removing from the tin and serving. Top with powdered sugar.
