Super easy Christmas cake with raisins. Fluffy and delicious, ready in less than an hour!

Ingredients

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare the loaf tin - grease it with butter.
  2. In a large bowl mix plant-based butter wit sugar until creamy.
  3. In a saucepan, mix the flour, milk and water together and bring to the boil.
  4. Remove from heat and add the butter and caster sugar mixture. Combine all the ingredients and let it cool down for 30 min.
  5. Add the baking powder, raisins and nutmeg. Gently mix the dough.
  6. Pour it into the tin. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
  7. Cool it down before removing from the tin and serving. Top with powdered sugar.
