Homemade oat milk

Creamy, smooth and delicious homemade oat milk for your coffee and cereal bowl. 

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Blend the oats, salt, agave and half of the water with a blender (high speed) until the water looks white and creamy.
  2. Through a fine strainer pour your oat milk into the bowl.
  3. Let the whole oat pulp will stay in the strainer. Don’t press the pulp through the strainer, as small particles will get into the milk, making it grainy.
  4. Pour the milk through the strainer again (and again) to make sure the milk has a smooth texture (don’t press the pulp). Add
  5. Keep the oat milk in the fridge to cool. Enjoy alone, in coffee and tea, in smoothies and milkshakes.
