In autumn, every coffee shop offers a pumpkin spice latte. Why not making it at home? This recipe is easy and ready in 10 minutes!

Other plant-based milks like almond, oat or coconut milk will also work. If you want a stronger pumpkin flavour add more pumpkin puree. If you prefer less intense flavour, use less spices.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar to a pot. The recipe is for 2-3 tsp of sugar but it really depends on you how sweet you want it to be. Heat up over medium heat until hot but do not boil.
  2. Remove from the heat and add in the vanilla extract. Whisk in the spices and the coffee. Mix gently.
  3. Pour into two latte glasses. Top with whipped cream and add a sprinkle of the spices.
