Roasted potatoes with herbs and Celtic sea salt

45 minutesThese delicious Hasselback potatoes are easy to make at home. They can be served as a main course or side dish.

Ingredients
- Small oval shape potatoes 1 kg

Celtic sea salt 1 tsp

Extra virgin olive oil
-
organic rosemary
-
organic paprika
-
organic garlic powder
Directions
- Heat up the oven 220C.
- Wash the potatoes carefully. Don’t peel them!
- Cut the potatoes halfway through into thin slices.
- Place the potatoes on a baking tray (use parchment paper). Brush them with olive oil between the slices. Add paprika powder, rosemary, garlic powder and salt between the slices.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes (it’s important you use the fan.) Please note, that large potatoes will take more time to cook.
