Super tasty seasonal salad that can be enjoyed for lunch and dinner. 

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Directly on a plate/s - add spinach, topped with chopped strawberries, chopped mint, coriander, tofu.
  2. Dressing: In a small bowl add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, agave, mix together.
  3. Pour the dressing on the prepared salad before serving.
