Ingredients
- 12 Medjoul dates
- 12 halves walnuts (crushed)
- 120 g vegan cream cheese
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp fresh or dried thyme for topping
Directions
- Open the Medjoul dates lengthwise remove the pits. Crush the walnuts.
- Cream cheese mixture: In a small bowl, place the plant-based cream cheese, add half of the crushed walnuts, thyme and mix together.
- Using a teaspoon, fill all the dates with the cheese mixture and place in a fridge for 1 hour.
- Top with crushed walnuts and drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
