Ingredients

white rice 200g (cooked)
- frozen peas 150 g
- frozen carrots 150 g
- salt

organic black pepper for taste
- sunflower oil
- 1 small onion
- your favourite herbs or spices
Directions
- Prepare the rice - cook it in a water with salt, set aside to cool down.
- On a large pan, heat up some sunflower oil. Add the chopped onion and fry for a few minutes.
- Add the carrots and peas, add the rice. Add salt, black pepper and your favourite spices.
- Mix and fry to combine all the flavours.
