Receita de Vinho Quente Caseiro

1 garrafa de vinho tinto

1 chávena de vermute doce

1 chávena de açúcar mascavado

1-2 cascas de limão (ou casca de laranja seca)

1-2 cascas de laranja (ou casca de limão seca)

12 cravinhos

4 paus de canela

4 pedaços de gengibre seco

4 sementes de cardamomo

4 anis-estrelados

10 graõs de pimenta-da-jamaica

Método:

Num tacho grande, misture todos os ingredientes. Deixe fervilhar em lume brando durante cerca de 15 minutos até o açúcar se dissolver no líquido.

Retire as especiarias e a fruta seca antes de servir.
