Sticky Rice
Organic black glutinous rice: the dramatic purple-black grain behind black sticky rice pudding with coconut milk and mango.
Organic brown glutinous long rice: the wholegrain sticky rice – chewier and nuttier.
Pudding/sushi rice (1.5kg Stock & Prep): the all-purpose short grain for rice pudding and homemade sushi.
