Kinderleichtes Zitronen-Erdbeer-Chia-Salatdressing

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 6 fresh strawberries, washed, stems removed (about 1/3 cup when blended)
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (usually 1/2-1 lemon)
- 1 Tbsp golden balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tsp maple syrup or agave
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- salt & pepper to taste (I like to use pink himalayan salt & rainbow peppercorn
Directions
- Add Strawberries into a blender, pulse until smooth.
- Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Drizzle the dressing on the salad, toss until well coated.
- Serve and enjoy!
