Halloween baked apples

Ingredients
- 4 ripe yellow or green apples
- lemon jelly 1
- berry jam 4 tbsp

oats 4 tsp
- 4 digestive biscuits (for crumble)
Directions
- Heat up the oven 180C.
- Gently cut off the inside of the apples.
- Fill them up with a mixture of jam and oats.
- Bake for 30 min until soft. Set aside to cool down.
- Prepare the jelly. Place in the fridge to cool down. When the jelly starts setting, pour it over the apples, creating a slimy covering.
- Serve topped with crushed digestive biscuits.
