Spinach strawberry salad with walnuts

Ingredients
- fresh spinach 1 bag
- strawberries 300g

walnuts 100 g (broken)

tofu (for a vegan version) or mozarella
- salt

organic cracked black pepper
- fresh mint
- fresh coriander

extra virgin olive oil

balsamic vinegar
- agave
Directions
- Directly on a plate/s - add spinach, topped with chopped strawberries, chopped mint, coriander, tofu.
- Dressing: In a small bowl add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, agave, mix together.
- Pour the dressing on the prepared salad before serving.
