A healthy, quick to cook, chock full of fiber breakfast

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a small bowl mix all of the dry ingredients
  2. Add in all wet ingredients
  3. Mix until well combined
  4. Transfer to a small saucepan
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer while stirring constantly until mixture has thickened up. (this should take about 5 minutes or so)
