Colourful tomato salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh colourful cherry or plum tomatoes
- 1 large red onion
- 4 tbsp organic olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh or dried oregano
Directions
- Wash and cut tomatoes into halves. It makes them easier to scoop and bite into.
- Cut the onion in half and then each half in thin slices.
- In a bowl, mix tomatoes with onion. Let the onion slices separate.
- Add salt and freshly ground pepper for taste and mix.
- Add olive oil and a sprinkle some vinegar. Mix everything.
- Top with fresh or dried oregano! Enjoy!
