Diatomaceous Earth Face Mask
DIY face masks can be cheaper than store-bought, it helps the environment by reducing plastic packaging and are easy enough to make.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of Diatomaceous Earth
- Milk, aloe vera gel or diluted in honey to make a paste with a thick consistency
Directions
- In a small pot or bowl, add the Diatomaceous Earth
- Mix with either milk, aloe vera gel or diluted in honey to make a paste with a thick consistency.
- Lightly massage the paste onto your face using small, circular motions.
- Allow the paste to set for 1-2 minutes
- Gently remove with a warm washcloth.
- This last stage is when most of the exfoliation occurs.
- Pat your skin dry and apply your preferred toner (should you make use of one) and moisturise
